We welcome referrals from GPs, physicians, respiratory specialists, ENT consultants, and other healthcare professionals. Our clinical assessment process is designed to complement your existing management of patients with suspected or confirmed sleep-disordered breathing.
Who We Accept Referrals For
We assess adult patients presenting with one or more of the following:
- Snoring with or without witnessed apnoeas
- Suspected or confirmed obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA)
- Daytime fatigue or non-restorative sleep of suspected airway origin
- Sleep-disordered breathing requiring dental or airway assessment
- Patients seeking an oral appliance therapy evaluation
- Patients unsuitable for or non-compliant with CPAP therapy
Our Assessment Process
Referred patients undergo a structured clinical assessment that includes a detailed sleep and medical history, examination of oral and airway anatomy, 3D digital scanning, and X-ray imaging where indicated. A sleep study can be arranged as part of the assessment pathway where required.
Following assessment, a structured clinical report is generated and can be shared with the referring clinician, supporting coordinated care and informed decision-making.
